Lemon Water with ACV

The vast majority of mornings I start out with this glass of lemon water and apple cider vinegar. The taste is not awesome. However, it makes me feel amazing. Drinking this healthy drink sets the tone for my day and makes me feel accomplished in my pursuit of health and wellness right out of the gate. Give it a try for a week and see how it makes you feel.
Ingredients:
- 12-16 oz. water
- 1/2-1 full lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a large glass
- To the best of your ability, enjoy (For me that means drinking a quickly as possible and following with a few sips of plain water.)
Heads up: I don’t recommend sipping on this beverage for an extended period of time. I did that for a few days once, and my teeth became very sensitive. While I am not a dental professional in any way, I can anecdotally say that once I stopped sipping and resumed drinking as quickly as possible and following it with plain water, my tooth sensitivity did improve.
