Turkey Meatball Pizza Casserole
This isn’t pretty in the picture, but it is so delicious and a huge hit with my family. Everyone loves it and eats it without complaint. Serve it with a side of vegetables for a great family meal.

Ingredients:
- 40 oz ground turkey
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup rolled oats, crushed
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 2 T parsley flakes
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 ounces cream cheese, melted
- 1.5 cups no sugar added marinara sauce
- 12 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- Spray a rimmed baking sheet and a 9×13 pan with nonstick cooking spray
- In a large bowl combine the first 12 ingredients (turkey, eggs, almond milk, crushed rolled oats, parmesan cheese, mustard, parsley, garlic, onion, chili, salt, and pepper). Mix well
- Using a 2 inch scoop, scoop meat mixture and place on baking sheet approximately 1/2 inch apart from other meatballs (makes approximately 32 meatballs, each 2-3 T)
- Bake at 375 degrees for 18-25 minutes, or until cooked through
- Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees
- Transfer cooked meatballs to 9×13 pan (some overlapping may occur)
- Drizzle melted cream cheese over the meatballs, use a spatula to spread evenly if needed
- Pour marinara sauce evenly over casserole
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over casserole
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot
- Allow to stand until it has reached desired temperature, at least 10 minutes.
