Peanut Butter Honey and Salami Sandwich
My mother-in-law developed this sandwich years and years ago and my husband grew up eating it. I tried it for the first time as an adult and love it. Yes, it sounds strange and I struggled to get a flattering picture of it, but it truly is delicious and a family favorite. Give it a try!

Ingredients:
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 ounce sliced salami
Instructions:
- Spread peanut butter evenly on one slice of bread
- Drizzle honey over the peanut butter
- Place salami over the honey and top with second slice of bread
- Slice sandwich in half and enjoy immediately
