Instagram Details

Using Instagram to photo document my food, drink, and physical activity each day, I substantially improved my health and wellness.  

Early on I logged specifics on what I was doing. However, over time it became clear that this step wasn’t necessary.  The photos allowed me to look at each day as a whole and know if I had made good choices or not.

Documenting each and every detail was unnecessary and discontinuing the practice saved me time to do things far more beneficial for my overall wellness.

I have kept the logs (see below) that I did make initially as they offer a good insight into a number of my eating and exercise habits.  However I find the visual representation of each day on Instagram is absolutely the key to my health and wellness.
