Bacon Jalapeño Poppers
These make a great snack, side dish, appetizer, item to share at a potluck, they are all around great. They tend to pack a bit of heat, so be mindful of that if you don’t enjoy spicy foods.

Cook time: 15 minutes hands on, 60 minutes overall

Ingredients:
- 8 jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise with seeds removed
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 16 ounces sliced bacon
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Slice peppers lengthwise, carefully remove all seeds
- Spread cream cheese evenly over each pepper where seeds have been removed
- Wrap each pepper half in one slice of bacon, secure with a toothpick
- Place wrapped peppers on rimmed baking sheet with cream cheese sides up
- Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes
- Remove from oven, place poppers on a plate lined with a paper towel and allow to cool
- Enjoy
